2. Services

Vezito is a technology platform connecting users with third-party restaurants and independent delivery partners. See our Services page for an overview. We facilitate orders; food preparation and delivery are performed by partners.

3. Menu and listing accuracy

Restaurants are responsible for keeping menu details, prices, dietary labels, and availability accurate on Vezito. Misleading item descriptions or incorrect food category labeling may result in suspension or removal.

4. Orders, pricing & payments

Prices, taxes, fees, and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. You are responsible for accurate delivery details and timely payment.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations before restaurant acceptance may qualify for a full refund. After preparation starts, refunds depend on restaurant policy and order status. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. User conduct

You must not misuse the platform, harass partners or staff, commit fraud, or violate law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or our Content Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vezito is not liable for indirect damages, partner acts, or events outside reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, network outages). Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant order where applicable.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
