What Vezito provides to customers, restaurant partners, and delivery partners across India.

VEZITO PRIVATE LIMITED ("Vezito", "we", "us") operates India's dedicated pure vegetarian food delivery platform. Our services are delivered through the Vezito customer mobile app, restaurant partner app, rider app, and this website.
1. Customer services
- Discovery and ordering from partner restaurants listed as pure veg on our platform.
- Secure online payments (UPI, cards, wallets) and cash-on-delivery where available.
- Real-time order tracking, notifications, and customer support.
- Promotions, referrals, and wallet credits as offered from time to time.
2. Restaurant partner services
- Onboarding and verification for restaurants that meet our pure veg standards.
- Menu management, order acceptance, and settlement reporting via the restaurant app.
- Marketing visibility on the Vezito platform subject to our content and listing policies.
Restaurants can register interest at Partner registration.
3. Delivery partner (rider) services
- Order offers and delivery assignments through the Vezito rider app.
- Earnings, shift management, and payout processing per our partner agreements.
- Support for delivery issues, safety, and account verification.
4. Platform standards
Vezito lists and delivers only vegetarian food. We do not list or deliver non-vegetarian items or products containing egg. Partner restaurants and menus are reviewed against these standards.
5. Service availability
Services may vary by city, zone, restaurant hours, weather, demand, or technical maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Fees, delivery times, and minimum order values are shown in the app before you confirm an order.
6. Third-party services
Payments, maps, SMS, and push notifications may be provided by third parties. Their terms apply in addition to ours where relevant.
